How long will my order take to ship?
We handcraft every Selphf product in small batches. Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing before your order ships. During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may extend to 14 business days. We appreciate your patience — good things take time!
How will I know when my order ships?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our hands. Use that number to track your package directly with the carrier.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Because our products are body care items, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products. If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at hello@selphf.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund promptly.

Sensitive Skin & Patch Testing
Are Selphf products safe for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are crafted with sensitive skin in mind — our Hydrate Me Hair, Skin & Nails Oil has even been used on babies as young as 5 months old. That said, every body is different.
How do I patch test a new product?
We always recommend a patch test before full use:
- Apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist or elbow.
- Wait 24–48 hours.
- If no irritation occurs, the product is likely safe to use on a larger area.
- Discontinue use immediately if you experience redness, itching, or swelling.
Can I use Hydrate Me Oil on my face?
Yes! The Hydrate Me formula is a lightweight facial moisturizer that won't clog pores.
Product Storage
How should I store my Selphf products?
Store all products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Our massage bars especially benefit from being kept away from heat sources to maintain their shape and texture. Keep lids or caps on products when not in use.
Subscriptions
How do I manage my subscription?
It's easy! Create or log into your Selphf account, then click the "Manage My Subscription" tab to pause, resume, skip a delivery, or cancel at any time.
What is your subscription cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties. Please review our Cancellation Policy for full details.
