Subscription Agreement Policy
Subscriptions
By clicking subscribe & SAVE you agree to a minimum of 4 repeat payments of the items chosen for your subscription. Once an order has been received, it cannot be refunded and will go forward in fulfillment just as all other orders would.
Billing is based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select, but the time allotment of 4 repeat payments is the same.
Your payment details will be stored and charges for each of these deliveries will apply.
Each subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their 4 (monthly/ bi-weekly) duration. At the end of your 4 subscription charges, if you don’t wish to renew a subscription you MUST cancel.
Should you decide to cancel or change your subscription following the 4 consecutive payments, you may do so via your customer account at any time.
A order confirmation email will be sent with information on your order in advance where you may also manage your subscription settings.
Subscription returns:
Orders placed via the subscription service may be adjusted, but not cancelled if completed prior to products shipping. Once a subscription has successfully been received on our end, we will move forward with fulfillment as usual.
Prior to each subscription payment, a notification (whether email or text as chosen by customer) is sent as notification of the upcoming transaction. Please use this to best track your order status, billing agreements and upcoming subscription payments.
In the event that an item is denied delivery by recipient or recipient refusal, a refund cannot be honored for the items sent in. For all refunds and exchanges, refer to returns section of refund policy for proper procedure.
Cancel my Subscription:
Cancelling your subscription is easy! In the event that all 4 orders have been placed, and you wish to cancel your subscription service, simply log into your customer portal to manage your subscription needs. Here, you are welcome to pause and cancel your subscription at your own leisure.
