Refund policy

Cancel Order

You have 3 days from the date an order is placed to cancel an order. This applies solely to orders not yet shipped, as all shipped orders, please refer to return policy.

If an order has not shipped, is after the 3 days in which it was placed, and approved for a return, the order will automatically incur a restock fee of $5.99 per item to consulate processing done on the order thus far. Returns

Customer has 3 days from the date of delivery to return an order. To initiate a return please email for assistance at Info.selfbodycare@gmail.com

The following information must be included to be considered for a return shipping label:

  1. Photo of item(s) unused and unopened in original packaging
  2. Reason for return

Upon approval, a return shipping label may be purchased starting at $5.99. This is a separate invoice which must be completed in order for an item to be returned. Alternatively, this fee may be removed from monies owed at digression of the customer. 

All refunds will be returned as store credit via a Selphf virtual gift card less return label, original shipping fee and restock fee.

Please note, shipping fees cannot be included in a refund of any sort, as this cost is to USPS, and not Selphf.

Upon receival, customer will print the pre-paid shipping label, affix it to the package and take the package to a drop-off location.

Should a customer opt to purchase  postage separately (US orders only), customer accepts full responsibility of tracking and proper packaging of item. 

Returning an item is at customers own risk. Please ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured.

Selphf is not held liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging, item damage or loss while being returned to us.

Items that are damaged, opened, tampered or deemed unsaleable upon inspection will not be eligible for a refund.

Package Refusal

In the event that an item(s) is denied delivery by recipient or recipient refusal initiated by return to sender in an attempt to receive an unapproved refund, a refund cannot be honored for the items denied. For all refunds and exchanges, please refer to the "Returns section" of refund policy for proper procedure. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
In order to maintain product integrity, we can not offer exchanges on items once they have left our possession.

Incorrect Address/Product reshipment

In the event that a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipment fee of USD$5.49 must be completed in order to resend the items via shipping courier. Refusal of payment will deem order status as a automatic Package Refusal. Please refer to policy above for more information.

*Incorrect Address/Product reshipments may also be subject to some if not all of guidelines listed in "Return" Section of "Return Policy." 

Subscription returns:

Orders placed via the subscription service may be adjusted, but not cancelled if completed prior to products shipping.  Once a subscription has successfully been received on our end, we will move forward with fulfillment as usual. 

Please use account and email notifications to best track your order status, billing agreements and upcoming subscription payments.
